A free 4-day online event to help you stop borrowing someone else’s business plan, and start building a business that actually fits your brain.

Jul 27 - Jul 30, 2026

Running an online business with a neurodivergent brain is NOT a proverbial walk in the park.

Tell me if this sounds familiar:

In the last 6 months to a year, you’ve bought more courses than you even remember, opened and started the first few lessons of a handful of them, and actually taken action on maybe 2 or 3 of them… (it me 😅 the dust on my digital bookshelf of courses is thicc)

Back in January (or December, if you were on top of your shit), you spent a whole week planning out everything you were going to do in your business for the whole year, with color coding and everything, and by March it was out the window, and you’ve been kicking yourself for “being behind” ever since 😖

You created an offer, and then you took a course teaching a new approach to that type of offer, so you re-worked it… and then a few weeks later you heard a podcast episode with another idea about that type of offer, so you tweaked it again… and every time it’s before that page had hardly any eyeballs on it, so you don’t actually know if it wasn’t working or if you just got excited about the shiny objects… (which, totally no shame, I’ve definitely done this lol 😵‍💫)

And after all this effort and all this time, you’re still not reaching the goals you set in the time you thought it would take you.

And you can’t help but wonder, “Am I just not cut out for this? Am I the common denominator that’s the problem??”

You are abso-fucking-lutely not the problem.

The problem is that the world has shat on you and told you you were a problem for so long that you keep outsourcing all your decisions and analysis to literally anyone else offering advice.

It’s completely eroded your self-trust and self-awareness, which I always say are the two most important skills for neurodivergent entrepreneurs to have. (And skills are learnable!)

It’s not you. And it’s not even that the advice you’ve received is necessarily bad. It’s just that none of it was built for your specific brain, so of course it never quite fit!

Here’s what can happen if you stop borrowing from *someone else’s* business plan and start building from what you know about yourself…

You’ll stop carrying that low-level guilt/shame about all the things you “should” be doing

🗓

You’ll plan in a way that accounts for your real brain and body — flares, bad weeks, ADHD paralysis and all

💡

You be able to make a decision and actually trust it (without immediately second-guessing yourself or polling three different Facebook groups)

🎉

You’ll stop forcing yourself to show up on content platforms you hate… and start marketing your business in a way that’s actually fun for you

🐿

You’ll be able to tell the difference between a shiny object worth chasing and one that’s pulling you away from what’s actually working, and trust yourself to make that call

💰

You’ll make decisions about your offers, your prices, your schedule from what YOU know about yourself (not from whoever had the most convincing take on IG last week)

You can build your business to work with your brain, not against it

And you don't have to figure it out all by yourself

The Neurodiverse Entrepreneur Summit® was created to help you build a brain-friendly business

one that works for YOUR unique brain, not someone else's

25 neurodivergent online entrepreneurs over 4 days will share what their brain-friendly business actually looks like, strategies that work specifically through the ND lens, and the perspective shifts that make it all click.

It's time to be in a room where people like you are already doing it and are here to prove it's possible.

Meet Your Host 👋

2023 Headshot (background removed) (2)

Hi! I’m Claire (she/they), founder of the Neurodiverse Entrepreneur Summit®, business coach for ND online entrepreneurs, and creator of the group program Brain-Friendly Business™.

I help neurodivergent online entrepreneurs build their businesses in a way that works with their brains (rather than against), aligns with their values, and that they actually enjoy running!

I’m AuDHD (autistic+ADHD), with anxiety and chronic depression, as well as wildly fluctuating and unpredictable energy levels (#spoonielife). AKA I’m neurodivergent AF.

For years, I would beat myself up for not being productive enough, for not getting the thing done on time in the “right” way, for not getting “further along” in my business growth faster…

Eventually, I realized how much that sucked (lol).

And over time, I stopped trying to make my business look like someone else’s and started building from what I actually knew worked for me. And it’s slowly become this beautiful, wild thing — something that genuinely fits my brain and grows and changes as I do.

And that’s what I want this summit to help you do too.

Grab your free ticket and join me and 24 other neurodivergent online entrepreneurs for this free 4-day event to help you figure out what your version of a brain-friendly business actually looks like.

I can’t wait to see you there!

It’s not just a pile of more advice

Listen, I know you’re not short on options when it comes to business summits like this. There’s a gazillion and one different places to get business advice these days.

But most of it wasn’t built for your brain.

At the Neurodiverse Entrepreneur Summit®, you’ll get genuinely fantastic business advice and strategies, all specifically filtered through the neurodivergent lens, from people who actually get it. That alone is worth showing up for.

But in my experience as a business coach for neurodivergent online business owners, it’s not advice alone that creates true breakthroughs or transformation for NDers.

It’s community.

Seeing successful business owners who are also ND breaking the mold and making outside-the-coloring-lines decisions based on what they know about themselves and their brain gives your brain a permission slip to start doing that too.

Conversations with fellow ND entrepreneurs who share your struggles and are on a similar journey to yours helps you see things in your own experience that you might not have noticed otherwise.

And that’s exactly what makes the Neurodiverse Entrepreneur Summit® different from just another pile of advice.

So yes, you’ll get really fantastic, solid business advice specifically designed for ND brains.

But you’ll also get permission, repeated 25 times, from 25 people who’ve each figured out their own version of a brain-friendly business, all while being in a space where you’re surrounded by other people having the same breakthroughs at the same time as you.

I've been running this summit for 5 years now (since before "ND business" was even a category!). Here's the receipts.

You’re ready…

You’ve spent long enough looking everywhere else for the answer.

You’re ready to be in a room with 25 ND entrepreneurs who’ve stopped doing that — and started building from what they actually know about themselves. And you’re ready to start doing that for yourself.

Grab your free ticket and join us for the Neurodiverse Entrepreneur Summit®!

Frequently And/Or Hypothetically Asked Questions

Dummy

“Neurodivergent” is a sociopolitical identity that means that your brain works differently from how the rest of the world’s does (or at least the way they expect it to).

It’s not a medical term or a diagnosis, and it’s not *only* ADHD and/or autism. It’s for anyone who knows that their brains work a little (or a lot) differently.

“Neurodiverse” refers to a group of people with diverse different types of brains, but it’s also commonly used as a synonym for “neurodivergent.”

It’s called the Neurodiverse Entrepreneur Summit because it’s for a diverse range of neurodivergent brains, and the speakers represent a diverse collection of different types of neurodivergent 💖

Whether you’re ADHD, autistic, OCD, dyslexic, have anxiety, chronic depression, PTSD, BPD, or just know that your brain is neurosparkly in some way but you’re not sure in what way, you’re welcome under the neurodivergent umbrella ☂🤗

Abso-friggin-lutely.

I (Claire, the founder) am very pro-self-diagnosis.

There are a lot of barriers to getting a diagnosis in a lot of countries, including years-long waiting lists and prohibitive costs.

Plus, a person could have safety reasons for not pursuing diagnosis, like wanting to avoid discrimination from school admin or at work or even from family (just look at Britney Spears). And we can’t forget the dangerous situation for NDers in the US that RFK is creating.

Not to mention that for a lot of neurodivergent conditions, the research (and therefore toooooo many doctors) just don’t fully know about or understand them, and therefore don’t accurately diagnose (i.e. “you can’t be autistic, you’ve been making eye contact with me” 🙄 That’s not how it works, doc.) It took me over a year to get an official ADHD diagnosis because of this very reason.

If you’ve done your research and have come to the informed and considered realization that you probably have a neurodivergent condition even though you don’t have a diagnosis, you can absolutely identify as neurodivergent in my book 🤗

You don’t need a doctor’s permission slip for community.

Also abso-friggin-lutely. We like to be as inclusive as we can here!

I’m not a fan of gatekeeping community based on a doctor’s permission slip.

The number of people who’ve gone undiagnosed their whole lives (especially those who weren’t raised as cisgender white boys) is astronomical. There are soooooo many of us (especially in the millennial generation) who got overlooked as kids, and now that neurodivergent TikTok is happening and more and more people are talking about their lived experiences online, more and more people are resonating with that content and then realizing that maybe that’s them too.

And maybe it’s you.

And also maybe it’s not.

And either way is totally fine.

You’re still absolutely welcome in this space, and if the stuff you’ve seen on socials has resonated for you, this stuff might too, and I think that’s pretty great 🤗

It sure is! There are a lot of offerings out there for general online business owners, but this one has been created specifically for us neurodivergent people and how to build our businesses in a way that works for us.

Non-neurodivergent (aka neurotypical) online entrepreneurs could easily benefit from this summit as well — accessibility usually means more accessible for everyone, not just the people being accommodated, and in this case we’re making our businesses more accessible for ourselves!

That’s a great question: I’d say sort of?

The summit is designed for online entrepreneurs (especially course creators, coaches, service providers, and similar businesses), so the presentations will mostly be speaking from that angle.

But there’s probably loads of goodness that will apply to business in general that you’ll still really benefit from.

So it’s up to you 🤗

The main portion of the summit runs from Monday July 28 through Thursday July 31. The Facebook Group will be available right away when you get your free ticket, and there will be lots of fun stuff happening in there between now and when the summit starts!

Each presentation (both video and private podcast version) will be available for 48-hours. I’m doing this because as an ADHD person, I hate when summits only allow 24 hours access to the videos – I have a life! And I’m also super forgetful and distractible! So I always end up missing the presentations I really want to watch. And if it’s *too* long a window, I always say “I’ll watch it tomorrow” over and over and inevitably don’t watch any of it lol. And I don’t want that for you!

However, after you register, you can grab the Busy Brains Pass or the Extended Access Pass to get lifetime access to all of the presentations!

  • Inside the Extended Access Pass, you’ll get:
  • 📺 All the presentation videos from the summit
  • 🎧 All the presentations in a private podcast (in case your brain does better with listening so you can multitask/fidget)
  • 📝 Fully-formatted, edited, written article versions of each presentation (in case your brain does better with reading than listening/watching)
In the Busy Brains Pass, you’ll get all of that AND:
  • 🎁 A bundle of premium resources to help you build your brain-friendly business (total value: $2000+)
  • 🎥 Replays of all the live events and panels (in video and private podcast)
  • 🤑 $200 off enrollment in my group coaching program Brain-Friendly Business
  • 💌 An invitation to my private FB Group, the Chaos Gremlin Water Cooler

You’ll have 12 hours to grab this deal at a super special price, so if you need to sleep on it, you can!

No way! The only person you’ll get emails from after you sign up is me, Claire, the founder of the Neurodiverse Entrepreneur Summit®.

That’s so you can get all the updates for the summit and links to each day’s presentations. After the summit is over, you’ll continue to hear from me, but you can unsubscribe at any time.

As for the speakers, the only way your email address will be shared with them is if you opt-in for their freebie during their presentations. That way, you only hear from the people you really love and don’t have to worry about getting added to 15+ email lists that you’re not interested in.

Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

To avoid tech glitches, save my sanity, and keep things easy for the speakers, the presentations are pre-recorded and will be released at the same time at the beginning of each day.

There will be live events throughout the days during the summit, though!

The panels are live video calls about a specific topic with a group of our speakers and sponsors.

All attendees will be able to attend the live calls and submit questions to be answered by the panelists, plus 48 hours access to watch the replays.

The other live events are various events hosted by some of our awesome sponsors! For the live hot-seat coaching sessions, you’ll be able to apply ahead of time with your specific thing you want their coaching around, and then on the day of the session, the sponsor will get on a livestream and invite the hot-seat-ers on for coaching one at a time. Replays of these sessions will be available for 48 hours.

If you upgrade to the Busy Brains Pass (our premium all-access pass), you’ll get lifetime access to the replays of all the live events.

The panel schedule and speakers are listed above.

All of our speakers for this summit have been hand-picked and our slots are currently full. However, we’re open to additional affiliates or potential speakers for next year’s summit. If you’re interested in affiliate details for this year’s summit, or being considered for the Neurodiverse Entrepreneur Summit® 2027, email hello@clairepaniccia.com !

We’ve done everything we could think of to make the event as accessible as possible, but if there’s something that you need that would make the event more accessible to you, please don’t hesitate to reach out via email at hello@clairepaniccia.com

Here’s what we’re doing to make the summit more accessible for you:

➖ All presentations have clean human-generated closed captioning (one of the benefits of doing pre-recorded presentations) as well as clean human-generated transcripts.

➖ .txt versions of the transcripts are available for those who need them for braille machines, just reach out to us via email at hello@clairepaniccia.com

➖ A free private podcast version of the summit will  be available to all attendees

➖ Fully-formatted article versions of the presentations as well as a private podcast of the presentations are also available with the Extended Access Pass or Busy Brains Pass (the all-access pass upgrade options) that you’ll see after registering for the summit.

➖ Timers showing when the presentation you’re watching expires are visible right there on the page, because I know as an ADHD person, time-blindness is real, and it’s helpful to have visual reminders.

➖ For the special one-time offer to upgrade your ticket with the Busy Brains Pass or Extended Access Pass that you’ll see after you register for the summit, we’ve made the timer on that offer 12 hours, instead of the industry standard of 15-30 minutes.

Please reach out if there’s anything we can do to ensure you’re able to enjoy this event. We want to make sure this whole thing is accessible to everyone, so we’re super open to ideas!

No problem! Shoot an email over to hello@clairepaniccia.com and me or my team will get back to you within 3-4 business days.
